  	How many weeks can I rent out per year? As many as you own! We are paid by the resorts as a marketing company that puts people into thier sales rooms, so the more units we rent out the better for us and our clients. Back to Top
  	Do I have to reserve the week? Premier Vacations does all of the reservations,confirmations and even pays maintenace fees from the rental proceeds. Back to Top
  	What if the unit gets damaged? The renter is responsible for all damages and is required to check in with a credit card as a deposit for incidentals and liabilities. Back to Top
